Our journey, your community

Welcome to 'Let's be real,' where every story matters and healing begins. Discover the personal journey that led us to create a compassionate space for virtual grief support. We believe in being truly 'real' with our emotions, fostering understanding, and building a supportive community for those navigating loss.

The catalyst for 'let's be real'

The path to 'Let's be real' was born from profound personal loss. After losing both of my daughters in a devastating car accident, and then my mother, I faced an overwhelming struggle to find adequate support. This deep personal experience, rooted in Oswego, New York, ignited a passion to create the genuine, understanding community I so desperately needed, and to offer it to others.

Being real with our mixed emotions

At 'Let's be real,' we understand that grief is complex and often encompasses a swirl of mixed emotions. Unlike traditional approaches, we champion the belief in being truly 'real' with all feelings – joy, sadness, anger, confusion. Our virtual grief talks provide a safe and authentic space to explore these emotions without judgment, fostering genuine healing and connection.

A commitment to truly help

My deepest desire is for you to understand that 'Let's be real' is founded on a genuine commitment to help. Having walked through the darkest valleys of grief myself, I truly want to extend a hand of support. My personal journey fuels this mission, ensuring that every session and every interaction is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a shared desire for healing.

"The most important message I want to share is this: you are not alone. There is profound support and a vibrant community of people ready to walk alongside you."
